Evaluation and coaching at The Forge

The Forge in Canton is an option for a coordinated evaluation and coaching visit. The $475 package includes your evaluation plus an additional full hour with the coach. Coach availability and the visit schedule are confirmed before booking.

For coaches and facilities: bring evaluations to your players.

Build a relationship with Magnolia to support the players you coach. Refer an individual, discuss planned evaluation visits at your facility, or coordinate around a competitive player’s existing team. You lead the instruction; Daniel contributes the medical and movement evaluation.

For players: keep your coach.

Already working with an instructor? Daniel can arrange an evaluation at your coach’s facility, a participating golf facility or another suitable player location. For competitive and higher-level players, the goal is to fit the evaluation into the team you already trust.

With your permission, Daniel can discuss relevant findings with your coach and help connect your movement priorities to the work you are doing together. You do not need to change instructors or purchase a Magnolia coaching package.

Coaches and facility operators can also inquire about arranging evaluation visits for their players. Venue suitability, privacy, equipment, travel, schedule and total fees are agreed in advance. Facilities beyond those listed here are arranged individually.

Plan your visit

Your confirmation identifies the exact venue, arrival instructions, total time and agreed fee. Wear clothing and shoes that let you move comfortably. For coaching visits, confirm which clubs to bring. Clinical information is collected through the designated intake process.

Evaluation and treatment are separate

A Magnolia evaluation includes your findings, written report and personalized exercises. If treatment is recommended, it is arranged separately at DT Chiropractic or with your chosen provider. Evaluations do not require a treatment or instruction purchase.
