What does the $250 evaluation include?
Approximately 60 minutes with Daniel Turner, DC, covering your goals and relevant history, a TPI medical and movement evaluation, and an explanation of the findings. You also receive a written report and personalized exercises.
What does the $475 option add?
It adds a full 60-minute lesson with a coach after your evaluation, for approximately two hours at The Forge in Canton. The agreed coach session and facility use are included. We confirm the instructor and schedule before booking.
Does Daniel stay for the lesson?
Daniel shares relevant findings with your permission before the coach leads the instruction. He is not scheduled to remain throughout the full lesson in the $475 option. The Private Performance Experience includes clinician and coach time as described in your proposal.
Can I keep working with my own coach?
Yes. Choose the evaluation on its own and, with your permission, Daniel can discuss relevant findings with your instructor. Coaches can also contact Magnolia directly about referrals, facility visits and collaboration with their players.
What is the Private Performance Experience?
A tailored half-day of approximately 3 to 4 hours at The Forge, with preparation, medical evaluation, coordinated coaching, guided exercise practice and a closing review. It includes written recommendations and one scheduled follow-up review. Your proposal specifies the schedule, clinician and coach time, follow-up and fee.
Is the medical evaluation different between packages?
Testing is guided by your history and findings in every option. The coaching and private-experience options add instruction, time and coordination; necessary clinical testing is not reserved for a higher-priced package.
Where can I have an evaluation?
At DT Chiropractic in Canton, Cartersville or Rome by appointment with Daniel, or at The Forge in Canton. Visits to suitable player, coach and other facility locations can also be arranged. Travel and other facility arrangements are quoted before booking.
How is Magnolia connected to DT Chiropractic?
Daniel founded both practices. Magnolia focuses on golf medical and movement evaluations and coordination with coaching. Recommended treatment is scheduled and billed separately at DT Chiropractic or with your chosen provider. An evaluation does not require a treatment purchase.
Should I come if I am in pain right now?
Often yes: pain limiting your golf is a clinical question, and the evaluation examines it properly. The exceptions are emergencies and red flag symptoms such as leg numbness or weakness, night pain, or pain after significant trauma, which belong with urgent medical care first. If we find something needing referral, we say so plainly.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothing you can move and be examined in, similar to what you would wear to the gym or the range. We tell you before the visit whether clubs or other items are needed for your particular appointment.
Do I get treated at the evaluation?
The visit is an evaluation: examination, explanation, written report and exercises. If treatment is appropriate, the reason and options are explained and any care is scheduled and billed separately at DT Chiropractic or with your chosen provider, so you can decide without pressure.
When will I receive my report?
Report delivery arrangements are confirmed when your visit is booked. Your written report and personalized exercises are included in every initial evaluation option.
What if I need a follow-up?
A movement reassessment and exercise progression visit is $150 for 30 to 45 minutes. The Private Performance Experience includes one follow-up review as specified in your proposal. Additional clinical visits or coaching are arranged separately.
What if instruction should wait?
If the evaluation indicates that instruction should be deferred, we discuss the next step and the applicable rescheduling or refund. Cancellation terms and the allocation of package fees are provided before payment.
Do I need an introductory call first?
No. You can request an evaluation directly. The optional complimentary 15-minute introductory call covers questions about the service and booking; it is not a clinical consultation.
How do I book?
Request an evaluation through the contact page and we confirm the location, schedule and fee before anything is charged. Office opening hours do not indicate Magnolia appointment availability; visits are scheduled individually with Daniel.
Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA funds?
Payment and billing arrangements are confirmed before your visit. Reimbursement and HSA/FSA eligibility depend on the service and your plan and are not guaranteed. Golf instruction and any later treatment are separate services.
What are Daniel's qualifications?
Daniel Turner, DC, has completed TPI Medical Level 3, TPI Golf Level 3 and SFMA Level 2. CCSP training is in progress.
Are outcomes guaranteed?
No. Recommendations and progress depend on your individual findings and response. Magnolia does not promise a specific yardage gain, recovery date or injury-free season.
Still deciding? Read what TPI training means, see what your written report includes, or request an evaluation and we will confirm the details before anything is charged.
