01 · Discuss your golf and goals.
We begin with what you want to work on, your relevant history and any discomfort or movement restrictions you have noticed. Your playing and practice routines help put those questions in context.
02 · Screen and examine your movement.
Daniel uses a TPI movement screen and focused clinical examination to investigate your concerns. Additional movement testing, informed by his SFMA training, follows the findings when indicated. A screen alone does not establish a diagnosis.
03 · Understand the findings.
Daniel explains what the evaluation shows, which findings matter for your goals and whether further care or assessment is appropriate. There is time to discuss your questions and the recommendations.
04 · Take your plan with you.
Your written report records the findings and priorities. Personalized exercises give you work to continue after the visit. If you have a coach, relevant findings can be shared with your permission. If you choose the instruction package, the coach uses the handoff to inform your lesson.
05 · Review progress when needed.
A follow-up can review your movement, how the exercises are going and whether to adjust the plan. Reassessment is arranged separately unless included in your private-experience proposal.
